Is that really what they mean?

Just discovered some odd naming choices for new products.
Intel are producing new processors aimed at the mobile market, codenamed Penryn. I was browsing to see where they got the name from (other than the local (very) town in Cornwall). Had a look at the Penryn College website, with its very spirit-raising mission statement. Only problem is, I don't think anyone has quite read it out loud.

"Our motto is "Achieving through Challenge". Every child who attends this College is challenged in numerous ways to achieve their full potential."
