Lovely day in Padstow today means that I can write the same post that I wrote almost exactly a year ago, the gist of which is: arggghhhh!!! my head is on fire.


Won't be learnt, that's me. 6 hours in the sun, with a hat on for only 2 of them: very hot, burnt head. Not happy.


Was a great day though.
