Let's throw it on the doorstep and see who salutes

Just had this from a networking thing taking place at a local pub

---
The event takes place on Thursday 31st July at the newly refurbished William IV in Truro, thanks to our friends at St Austell Brewery. The William IV reopens its doors to the public on July 23 following a £700k redesign and repositioning.

Do they mean it's moved?
Or are they just using marketing-w4nk-speak?

I think we know.

  • £700K how the FUCK can you spend that on a rennovation?

  • I suggest you go to the William IV in Truro, it's re-opening apparently, on July 23rd, following a £700K refurbishment. Maybe they just bought a letter K for £700, although it doesn't feature in the name or in the brewery name for that matter, hmm this IS a mystery, maybe they are now stocking K's cider, yes yes and THAT'S there repositioning, a large letter K outside the pub, declaring to all members of the public that they now sell K cider, yes, that's got to be it. Oh hang on is Kay's Cider?
