What's in a name?

I can see the tv ad now: "Go on, show them your growler!".

Similarly badly named was a concept on the Mary Queen of Shops programme this week when they wanted to call a new shop Clout only to find that it was a local expression for lady-garden. 'Ecky thump: she's got some clout in this town...
